Play equipment manufacturer Sutcliffe Play has worked with our French business partner, JMS on a project that aims to create a space for all generations.
The new playground in Trith St Léger sits between a housing estate, retirement home and outdoor sports complex and it is hoped will become a destination playground and meeting area for children and families.
Equipment includes one of Sutcliffe Play’s most popular Toddlerzone units with two accesses, an easy climb up ramp, or a harder ring climb. The unit also features a slide, binoculars and a head through panel to encourage social play,
The playground is designed to be inclusive for children of all abilities and also features a Springie, specifically designed for more inclusive play as it offers a seating arrangement that allows the child to get on and off without assistance and provides good support whilst rocking.
Cinzia Ferella from Sutcliffe Play says: “It’s great to see our playground equipment being used so well by JMS. We’re sure the new play area will have a long-lasting positive impact on the local community.”
