It’s all change at Ropner Park!

Since taking up the challenge of transforming your local playground, we’ve been hard at work putting together the perfect design to unlock this site’s huge play potential – for the benefit of every local child!

Over the course of our project, you’ll notice some big changes happening before we’ve even begun to install our new equipment: many of the older items will be removed, making way for an exciting infusion of brand-new kit, and you’ll see colourful play carpeting appear, to provide the safest, most consistent surfacing possible.

All work, for more play!

But that’s just the start! We’re working hard to bring a fantastic array of our most up-to-date, engaging equipment from our factory in the heart of Yorkshire all the way here – and we can’t wait for the entire community to discover the excitement that lies in store! Look out for our huge Woodland Tower (you’ll know it when you see it!), our wheelchair-accessible Inclusive Roundabout, a challenging Cobra Swing, eye-catching Bugs Life Seesaw, a huge array of special swing seats to suit all young visitors, and much more!

That’s just a handful of the fantastic surprises that are heading to Ropner Park – the rest will be revealed very soon, when this brand-new play space opens, and you and your family will discover them all for yourselves!

Play in progress!

As you can see, our transformation of Ropner Park is progressing at pace! We’re hard at work delivering a flurry of new equipment, and you can now make out our brand-new Woodland Tower, Cobra Swing, modular swing bays and Inclusive Roundabout – the first three all in eye-catching red!

That’s just the start of our changes here, and we’re well on the way to delivering your finished play space now, so keep a keen eye out for further progress in the days ahead!

Out of the blue!

As if by magic, a wave of colour has washed over Ropner Park! As you can see, we’re continuing to make progress here, with striking blue safety carpet surfacing now being laid! The colour creates a marine effect, with a 3D wetpour shark even swimming into view for good measure (we’ve yet to discover how friendly he is…). The surface provides a striking contrast to the predominant red on many of the brand new items, and when complete, will make Ropner Park impossible to overlook!

A towering success!

A better look at our eye-catching red and blue Woodland Tower taking shape! It’s now possible to make out the beginnings of the pull up rope, as well as the challenging banister slide, climbing net, and a few windows for young adventurers to keep an eagle eye on the action below! Oh, and of course, the curling stainless steel slide!

This red and blue Ropner Park revolution is coming along nicely!

Ropner Park is now fully open for all! We thank you for your patience over these last weeks and months – we hope you’ll agree that it’s been more than worth it!

And now, all that’s left is for every local child to enjoy the results of our hard work!
