Sitting alongside an existing playground and fitness area, this new addition offers something different for local children. As well as being fantastic fun, the trampoline park is perfect for physical play and developing coordination.
Following a competitive tender process, Sutcliffe Play was chosen by Telford & Wrekin Council to design and install a trampoline park in the space, complete with perimeter fencing.
The first of its kind Outdoor Trampoline Park is home to a mixture of green trampolines alongside Sutcliffe Play’s vibrant graphic trampolines, featuring Ladybird, Butterfly, Bear and Frog designs. Each small trampoline is suitable for one child, but by installing several alongside each other, creates a fun and social play environment to jump and bounce together while developing balancing and agility skills.
“The new trampoline park has transformed a standard park play area, into a popular play area and park for children; and is now even being used by the children from the adjacent Primary School in Dawley Telford who were among the first to enjoy the new trampoline park. The trampoline has seen park visitors increase and all users are happy to bounce away for ages keeping fit in a fun way,” says Derek Owen, Healthy Space Design Specialist at Telford & Wrekin Council
“I’m very impressed by the way in which Sutcliffe Pay has enthused about the freedom to design a bespoke item, and the way in which the contract was professionally managed during its very quick installation.”
