Our Sutcliffe Play Home Show for 2015 is starting to take shape, the dates in your diaries for this year’s show are the 8th & 9th September.
The theme of this year’s show will be ‘Upton by the Sea’ and we will be launching an exciting new range of products alongside new developments to some of our stand alone items. The local school children will also be coming along so that you can see all of this equipment in action.
There will be seminars for you to attend and factory tours to help you get to know our design and manufacture process in a bit more detail. We have some interesting speakers lined up for this year’s show.
External speakers include Professor Fraser Brown PHD who will be illustrating the wide-ranging nature of children’s play with ‘101 Stories of Children Playing’ and Vicki Marsden, Leeds City Council who will be reflecting on the recently launched ‘Street Play’ in Leeds.
Internal speakers will be focusing on Bespoke Play, Developing Good Design for Children & the Evolution of Standards – Fitness. There will also be the opportunity to visit local play areas if you would like to do so.
The event is free and refreshments will be served throughout the day, but as always if you can’t make the dates advertised you are welcome to come along on another more convenient date, we will be happy to show you around anytime!
