Instructions for use:
Lie on the bench and place your legs under the rods. Place hands at the side of the head.
Lift the torso slightly, bending forward and flexing the abdominal muscles then lower the body to the starting position.
Repeat the exercise.
Effect of exercise:
Strengthens and builds the abdominal muscles.
