Instructions for use:
Stand with your back to the device with your hands bent and the elbows resting on the rods. Lift your feet off the ground and pull yourself up so that your arms are at a right angle.
Stand in front of the device, hold the handrails with your hands. Bending your arms at a right angle to the elbow, do push-ups.
Effect of exercise:
Strengthens the muscles of the arms, abdomen and improves the coordination of the shoulder.
