Activity Play Panel.
This single post unit incorporates eight activity zones related to a castle theme and is compatible with other castle themed products in the range and has 12 play value elements.
The ‘Portcullis’ panel section incorporates a castle keep with door, arrow slits and a shield motif. The ‘Great Hall’ panel section offers a flagged floor with a dungeon motif below. The section showing a wood panel incorporates a peep hole door with weapon motifs routed in, a window gives a view in to the ‘Siege’ area. The ‘Siege’ area themes an attack on the castle with a siege ladder up to a window and a moving siege engine to throw rocks at the walls.
The ‘Defenders’ area has a revolving panel which shows rocks, arrows and boiling oil being hurled from the battlements. A defender, which has different expressions, pops up at an arrow slot every time the panel is rotated. The other ‘wall’ shows a tunnel under the castle and a secret door.
With a total height of 1.30m the ‘Castle’ is designed to encourage role and social play while displaying some educational elements.
Can accommodate up to 8 users.
This stand alone requires no surfacing, only requiring 11.45m2 as MUZ with a perimeter of 12.1 Lm.
