Instructions for use:
Place hands on the rod handles at the top and avoiding a swinging movement, pull your legs up to your chest height, then lower them evenly. Return to the starting position.
or
Lie on the ground and place your feet on the ladder at waist level, bend the top half of the body towards the feet and then lower back to the ground.
Effect of exercise:
Strengthens the muscles of the arms, abdomen and back, or acts as a stretcher.
