Interest in our products is growing internationally as Cinzia Ferella, our International Sales Manager has been busy promoting the benefits of Sutcliffe Play.
A snap shot of our recent developments is below:
We recently hand delivered SNUG, our loose parts play equipment to The British School of Paris. Headmaster Jamie Horshaw says: “The kit has been very well received by the children during playtimes, who love the endless possibilities it presents. It’s been great to see children of all ages playing together to build some very imaginative creations.”
We’ve also secured our first order with the distributor of the Sutcliffe Play range in Italy, TLF. Our kit has been installed as part of a playground at the Mugello race circuit, near Florence, where the Moto GP takes place. The play facilities are being introduced at Mugello as part of an experimental project that may see play areas launched at other race circuits in Italy.
Our new play system Mission is being flown to Dubai to be the focus of seminars in Dubai and Abu Dhabi organised by our Middle East distributors Gebal Co LLC to promote the range to municipalities of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
SNUG is also on its way to The British International School in Abu Dhabi. The school offers a premium quality education for students aged 3-16 and both children and teachers are looking forward to the arrival of SNUG!
We’ve also had an order for a wide range of our fixed play equipment from the ACS Doha International School. The school caters for children from 4 to 18 and will soon be receiving their new, exciting and innovative play equipment.
We have just installed a Cruyff Court in Barcelona with our partners Nijha and the Johan Cruyff Foundation. The inclusive court enables children of all abilities to play side-by-side.
We’ve teamed up with Denmark-based distributor Nikostine. The company which manufactures wooden playground equipment and distributes toys and furniture for schools, has grown within its sector and has plans to expand to the rest of Scandinavia.
The company visited the Sutcliffe Play factory and offices recently to see first hand how the equipment is made.
We have supplied an inclusive Springie as part of the new Maisland play facility in the Maiashopping-Center in Maia via our Portugese distributor Studio Dass who designed and installed the playground.
We’ve appointed Hong Design as our distributor. The company is an esteemed manufacturer with excellent connections to schools and local businesses and has set up an arm of its businesses dedicated to growing the presence of SNUG our loose parts play kit.
Our Japanese distributor Maruyama has ordered 1,000 safety tiles and 1,000 swing seats! These will be used in playgrounds across the country.
