For National Sales Manager

Sutcliffe Play is currently looking to recruit a National Sales Manager, to drive our domestic sales growth from both existing and new markets. Candidates should be team players, with excellent managerial skills, and proven success in a business to business relationship sales environment. Experience of selling to local / public authorities an advantage.
Main Responsibilities/Skills: To recruit, manage, support, train and motivate all field sales personnel
To implement and ensure the practice of professional field sales processes, including successful tendering
To organise and manage regular sales meetings
To communicate market developments & product / service requirements back to Marketing / Design
Work with Marketing to develop new markets, geographically and sector specific.
To participate as a functional manager in developing company strategy, budgets, decisions and meetings.
To develop the sales resource to realise the full potential in London & the South East
To develop and maintain our professional partnership with our UK distributors, ensuring sales targets are achieved
Attend regular meetings at Sutcliffe Play – Marketing / Contracts / Quality Improvements for Customers (QIC) / Design etc
